Mark Spier

President & CEO

Mark Spier is a seasoned music industry professional with over three decades of experience in music publishing, rights management, and royalty solutions. As the founder and CEO of Royalty Solutions, Mark has established himself as a leading authority in the field, offering innovative and tailored royalty administration services to artists, labels, and music publishers worldwide.

Mark graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and holds an MBA from Columbia University. Before joining the music industry, he worked for IBM and later became a Vice President at Credit Suisse. These experiences provided him with a unique blend of skills in technology, finance, and music publishing.

Mark is also the third-generation President of Memory Lane Music Group (MLMG), a family legacy that began in 1921. Since taking leadership in 2003, Mark has honored and expanded this legacy, doubling the catalog size with the addition of new music, including pop standards and contemporary hits. Under his direction, MLMG’s songs have been covered and sampled by numerous industry elites, ensuring the company’s continued influence and relevance in the modern music landscape.

In 2009, Mark founded Royalty Solutions, dedicated to providing comprehensive royalty processing, copyright administration, and publishing services. His leadership has helped Royalty Solutions grow to serve a diverse roster of clients, from emerging independent artists to established music legends. The company is known for its commitment to transparency, accuracy, and client-focused service.

Mark is known for his deep understanding of the ever-evolving music landscape and his ability to adapt to new technologies and industry trends. He has integrated advanced software solutions and data analytics into Royalty Solutions' operations, enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of royalty calculations and distributions.

Throughout his career, Mark has been a vocal advocate for artists' rights and fair compensation. He regularly participates in industry panels, conferences, and workshops, sharing his expertise on royalty management and music publishing. He served on the Board of Directors of the Association of Independent Music Publishers (AIMP) for six years and has been active in the National Music Publishers’ Association (NMPA) as a member of their Team 100 for over ten years.

Alexandra Zeigler-Heil

Royalties Manager

Alexandra Zeigler-Heil is a specialist in royalty processing and publishing, beginning her career back in 2014 in Berlin, Germany as a Licensing Manager for !K7 Records. Having graduated from Berklee College of Music with a Masters in Global Entertainment / Music Business in 2014, Alex has worked her way through the music industry in various capacities – finally finding her passion for royalties back in 2017 while working as a Royalty Administrator at Peermusic in Burbank. Over the course of three years, Alex evolved from a Royalty Coordinator to Royalty Manager at Peer, gaining experience processing domestic and foreign royalties while also leading a small team of administrators along the way. Before coming to Royalty Solutions, she was the Royalty Payables Manager for Warner Chappell Music in Los Angeles. Alex’s passion for music goes beyond numbers, producing electronic music in her spare time. Alex looks forward to growing with the Royalty Solutions team and assisting clients with all their processing and analytical needs.

JESSICA BRANT

Royalties Manager

Jessica Brant has been working in music publishing for over 6 years, lending her expertise in a variety of areas including Income Tracking, Copyright, Account Setup and Client Relations, and Royalty Processing. From Sony /ATV Music Publishing to BMG Rights Management, she has continued to hone her craft to help artists and songwriters get the attention and understanding they want for their music. Adding to this her knowledge of PRO accounting and processes from her time working at SESAC, she brings a well-rounded base to any company.

RACHEL MANGI

Royalties Assistant and Marketing Assistant

With a degree in Business Administration—Marketing and a decade of experience as an executive assistant, Rachel plays a pivotal role in optimizing RSC’s team operations and providing support to the Royalties Managers. As a Royalties and Marketing Assistant, Rachel’s role involves working closely with Royalties Managers to create royalty statements, fix suspense errors, research clients’ catalogue, and upload sales files into statement portal and record maestro. Rachel also handles Google ads and social media content, allowing the team to focus on their core tasks.

IVY POMAREJOS

Accounting Coordinator

Ivy is an experienced accounting professional with over 10 years of expertise managing finances across a wide range of industries. She has developed a strong background in financial reporting, process improvement, and client support, bringing both accuracy and efficiency to every project she handles. At Royalty Solutions, she applies her accounting knowledge to the unique needs of the music industry, assisting clients with publishing and distribution requirements. Her goal is to provide clear financial guidance and reliable support, allowing artists and labels to focus on their creativity. By ensuring accurate royalty accounting and transparent financial processes, Ivy helps strengthen client trust and contributes directly to the growth and success of Royalty Solutions.

Marie Dayon

Sales, Marketing & Administrative Assistant

Marie is a Sales, Marketing & Administrative Assistant at Royalty Solutions, where she provides high-level administrative support while driving the company’s sales, marketing, and client engagement initiatives. She specializes in preparing proposals, scheduling and coordinating communications with clients, and managing outreach using a variety of modern tools and technologies to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

With over six years at JPMorgan Chase, Marie developed a strong foundation in client relations, organization, and accuracy in high-volume, fast-paced environments. Her career spans diverse niches in banking and financial services, music rights administration and entertainment, credit and personal finance solutions, marketing services and lead generation, and technology/SaaS, consistently excelling in lead generation, appointment setting, and building lasting client relationships.

Marie’s adaptability, detail-oriented approach, and ability to leverage technology make her an essential link between Royalty Solutions and the artists, labels, and publishers who benefit from its services.

Danny Bronico

Copyright Associate

Danny Bronico has worked in music publishing since 2020, specializing in catalog management, rights administration, and data accuracy. He brings experience from Hipgnosis Songs Group, where he progressed to Senior Copyright Coordinator overseeing the Big Family Music catalog, which features works by Sabrina Carpenter, Charlie Puth, and Teddy Swims. Danny has extensive experience managing registrations with Performing Rights Organizations, resolving copyright claims, and collaborating with global teams to maintain accurate and up-to-date catalog records. A magna cum laude graduate of Berklee College of Music in Music Business and Vocal Performance, he is committed to applying his expertise to help Royalty Solutions deliver reliable, efficient, and client-focused copyright services.

Kim Velasquez

Music Rights & Licensing Assistant

Kim supports publishing operations and copyright research at Royalty Solutions Corp, specializing in metadata cleanup, mechanical licensing via HFA, and publisher communication. With a background in team leadership, tech support, and customer service, she brings a versatile skill set to both music rights management and digital product support.

Kim is known for her adaptability, attention to detail, and proactive mindset—essential traits in fast-moving environments where accuracy and timeliness are critical. Whether she’s resolving missing copyright shares, supporting customer journeys, or streamlining metadata processes, she brings both clarity and commitment to every task.

jeremy kern

Music Administrator

Jeremy has been working in the Music Industry since 2018, where he first interned at Della Music Publishing in New Orleans. Since then, he’s gone on to work for Warner Music, Google, and many other artists and companies bringing his enthusiasm and expertise with him. His direct hands-on experience with music copyright, licensing, research, and musicology makes him an effective team member and knowledgeable employee.
