RSC is led by Mark Spier, a third-generation music publishing executive with 23+ years of experience in royalty administration, catalog management, and music business operations. Prior to founding RSC, Mark held senior roles in financial services at Credit Suisse and IBM, bringing a rigorous analytical approach to an industry that demands precision.
